When the vacuum feeder has no suction or suction, it is recommended to check the following parts.

1. The compressed air should be kept at 0.4-0.6mpa. The insufficient air supply pressure of the compressed air will result in insufficient backflushing force, so that the dust on the surface of the filter cannot be cleaned, thus affecting the suction speed of the vacuum feeder;

2. The pipe connection needs to be fastened, and the pipe joint should be fastened with the hose clamp to prevent the air leakage from affecting the vacuum degree.

3. Whether the barrel ring is installed in place. Loosen the clamp and check whether the barrel ring is completely placed in the S side. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time to prevent the air leakage from affecting the suction efficiency.

4. Whether the door panel can be closed or not, the vacuum can be formed when the door panel is completely closed. If any material sticks to the discharge door panel, it needs to be cleaned in time. Whether the door ring is installed correctly, pay attention to the direction when installing, if it is damaged, replace it in time.

5. If the filter is clogged, it is necessary to regularly clean the remaining materials of the filter. If it is damaged or cannot be cleaned, it should be replaced in time.
